This is my Mom’s famous scone recipe, and it is my FAVORITE! They are perfect for Sunday mornings….any morning really<3 Every time my Mom makes these, I savor every SINGLE bite. They are that good…



  • 1 3/4 C spelt flour (or could use all purpose)
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. stevia powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 C organic whipping cream
  • 1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Mix dry ingredients together
  3. Lightly stir in chocolate chips
  4. Add whipping cream and a little bit of water (enough to moisten)
  5. Stir lightly and pour onto floured surface
  6. Form into ball and flatten into a circle, cut into 8 equal sized triangles
  7. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-13 minutes and enjoy!
