I am a huge date fan. They are the perfect snack for when you’re craving something sweet (for me, that’s all the time). These Salted Caramel Candy Dates are TO DIE FOR. With only 4 simple and healthy ingredients, they can be made in a just a few minutes. D’s Naturals Fluffbutter is one of my new favorite things because it’s SUPER healthy and goes great on anything, especially these dates!




  1. Slice each date down the middle (do not cut completely through) and pull out the seed.
  2. Stuff each date with about 1 tsp. of the Fluffbutter.
  3. Top with shredded coconut and sprinkle with xylitol. That’s it! Enjoy 🙂
