Although this recipe is not very healthy, it’s a perfect treat for parties and gatherings! I seriously made my Mom make this for every birthday, Halloween, and New Years party that we had. It’s delicious, easy, and everyone will love it! I served it with blue corn chips for the Super Bowl and ate it solely as my meal so that I didn’t over indulge πŸ™‚

Ingredients:

  • 30 oz can refried beans
  • 14 oz can no-bean chili
  • 16 oz jar salsa
  • 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 bags of shredded Mexican cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease 9X13 pan with coconut oil (or other oil of preference)
  3. Line the bottom of the pan with refried beans, spreading evenly
  4. Top refried bean with the chili, also spreading evenly
  5. Tear the cream cheese into small pieces and place on top of the chili as close together as you can make them while covering the pan evenly
  6. Cover the cream cheese with the jar of salsa, spread evenly
  7. Add the shredded cheese on top of the salsa and place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbling
  8. Serve with tortilla chips of your choice (I prefer blue corn chips) and enjoy!
