One of my favorite things about attending events like baby showers, weddings, or parties is having some of that delicious and fruity punch that you can’t help but go back and get another glass of. It’s also really fun to make if you’re throwing your own party because it always makes such a pretty addition to your centerpiece, and you know I’m all about using food as decoration. My Mom and I came up with this healthy version on a whim, and were so excited when it turned out even better than we could have predicted!
This punch is a combination of 3 simple ingredients but MAN is it tasty (aren’t those recipes the best?!) The two flavors are pineapple and grapefruit, the perfect sunrise fruits in my opinion; they’re giving me Spring vibes! I have been drinking the Grapefruit flavored Zevia Soda lately like nobody’s business, and instead of using Ginger-Ale for a typical party punch, I thought that this would be an amazing substitute.
I drink at least 1 Zevia Soda every single day, and we keep several flavors in the house at all times so that we don’t run out. It’s an obsession for sure. It’s just so awesome though to have a healthy “soda” that is 0 calories with no artificial ingredients, non-GMO, and is sweetened with Stevia. If you don’t know, Stevia is a plant that has 200X more sweetness than real sugar, but none of the calories or potentially harmful properties that are bad for our bodies. Unlike many drinks that use a form of Stevia, Zevias are not bitter, nor do they leave a weird aftertaste. PLUS, they are super fizzy! This is one of the reasons why I love them so much and it makes this recipe even more fantastic. In my opinion, drinks are just better when they’re fizzy.
This punch can literally be thrown together in a few minutes. It’s perfect for a Sunday brunch, parties, Easter gathering…..any type of warm weather occasion. A little sweet, a little sour, but 100% delicious!
